Effective Date: 10/03/2025

Thank you for shopping with Paramount Aid Services. We take great pride in the quality of our products and services and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for detailed instructions on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.

Note: Due to the nature of some products (e.g., first aid kits, defibrillators, and medical supplies), we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for health and safety reasons.

2. Exclusions from Return

The following products and services are not eligible for return:

Used, opened, or tampered products: Once the packaging is opened or the product has been used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Custom or personalized products: Any product that has been customized or personalized for the customer, such as specific kit configurations, cannot be returned unless defective.

Defibrillator Servicing: Services such as defibrillator repairs, battery replacements, or maintenance are non-refundable once completed, unless the service was not performed to the agreed standards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at Paramountaidservices@outlook.com or call 0478192822 within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and any included documentation (manuals, warranties, etc.). Please write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly on the package.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds for defective or damaged products: If the product is returned due to being defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or exchange at no cost to you, including return shipping charges.

Refunds for non-defective returns: If the return is for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), the refund will exclude the return shipping costs, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund (for example, a different size or model), please specify this when initiating your return. If the exchange is for an item of equal or lesser value, we will process the exchange as soon as the returned item is received. For exchanges of higher value, you may be asked to pay the difference before the new product is shipped.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with:

A detailed description of the defect or damage.

Photos or videos of the damaged product (if applicable).

Your order number and contact information.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement, issuing a full refund, or offering a discount for the inconvenience, depending on your preference and the nature of the defect.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Paramountaidservices@outlook.com

8. Shipping Fees

Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees for returned items are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Original Shipping Fees: If a return results in a refund, the original shipping charges paid at the time of the order will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.

7. Defibrillator Servicing

At Paramount Aid Services, we offer a comprehensive range of defibrillator servicing and maintenance to ensure that your devices remain in optimal working condition. Regular servicing and maintenance are critical for ensuring the longevity and functionality of your defibrillator, as well as meeting regulatory requirements for businesses and other organizations.

7.1 Defibrillator Servicing Offered

Our defibrillator servicing includes, but is not limited to:

Battery Replacement: We check the status of your defibrillator’s battery and replace it if necessary. Regular battery checks and replacements are essential for ensuring the device is ready to use in an emergency.

Electrode Pad Replacement: We inspect the electrode pads for damage or expiration and replace them as needed. Expired or damaged pads can hinder the effectiveness of the defibrillator.

Software and Firmware Updates: We check for any available software or firmware updates for your device. These updates are vital to ensure your defibrillator is operating with the latest features and improvements.

Device Cleaning and Inspection: We perform a thorough inspection of the defibrillator to ensure that all components, including electrodes, batteries, and the device’s casing, are functioning properly. This also includes cleaning the device and removing any dust or debris that may affect its performance.

Functionality Testing: We conduct a series of tests to ensure that your defibrillator is working correctly. This includes performing an internal diagnostic check to verify that all features, such as shock delivery, pacing, and display, are fully functional.

Record Keeping: After servicing, we provide a detailed service report, including any parts replaced, tests conducted, and updates made. This documentation can be used for compliance with regulatory requirements or internal records.

Depending on brand part ordering may be required, We will arrange another date after the part is received to complete to service with no extra cost to the client

7.2 Scheduling of Servicing

Service Frequency: We recommend that you schedule defibrillator servicing at least once every 3 months, or more frequently depending on the specific usage requirements of the device. For businesses, we suggest setting up an ongoing maintenance contract to ensure that your device is serviced on a regular, predictable schedule.

Booking Service: To schedule servicing, please contact us via our website, phone, or email. You will receive confirmation of your service appointment, including a time frame for the servicing.

Turnaround Time: The average time for servicing is approximately 1-2 business days. If repairs or additional replacements are required, this may extend the service time. We will notify you of any significant delays or changes to the estimated time frame.

7.3 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure that your defibrillator servicing goes smoothly, customers are required to:

Ensure Accessibility: Please ensure that the defibrillator is easily accessible for our technicians on the scheduled service date. If our technicians cannot access the defibrillator or if we are unable to service the device due to unforeseen circumstances, additional charges may apply.

Accurate Information: Provide accurate information about your defibrillator model, usage, and any previous maintenance or service issues when booking your service. This helps us prepare for servicing and ensures the correct parts and equipment are available.

Timely Notification of Issues: If you notice any malfunctions, issues, or faults with your defibrillator outside of the scheduled servicing, please inform us immediately. Delaying repairs or servicing could result in the defibrillator being unavailable during an emergency.

Compliance with Regulations: You are responsible for ensuring that your defibrillator meets any local health, safety, or workplace regulations. Regular servicing ensures that your device complies with relevant standards, but it is your responsibility to ensure it remains in compliance.

7.4 Pricing for Servicing

The cost of defibrillator servicing varies depending on the type of service required and the model of the device. We offer both one-time service appointments and ongoing maintenance contracts.

One-Time Service: Prices for one-time servicing will be communicated upon booking, based on the type of service your device requires.

Ongoing Maintenance Contract: For customers with multiple devices or regular servicing needs, we offer discounted pricing through an ongoing maintenance contract. Please contact us for more details on the available service packages and pricing.

7.5 Warranty on Servicing

Warranty for Parts: Any parts replaced during servicing are covered by a 3-month warranty, starting from the date of replacement.

Warranty for Services: Our servicing is guaranteed to meet industry standards. If any issues arise from the servicing that directly affect the defibrillator's functionality, please contact us within 30 days for a free re-service or repair.

7.6 Service Locations

We offer servicing at the following locations:

On-Site Service: For businesses, we offer on-site servicing where our technicians will come to your premises to service the defibrillator.

7.7 Emergency Servicing

If you require emergency servicing (e.g., if your defibrillator has malfunctioned or is out of service and needs immediate attention), please contact us directly.
