Welcome to the PAS Plan! The PAS Plan is designed to provide you with a flexible and affordable way to maintain your defibrillators and first aid kits. With this subscription, you can choose to have your defibrillator, first aid kit, or both serviced every three months, all while enjoying discounted rates and priority service. Best of all, you pay for the services after each visit via invoicing.
What’s Included in the MyPass Plan
The MyPass Plan is available for defibrillators, first aid kits, or both. By subscribing to the plan, you’ll receive the following services:
Defibrillator Servicing: Every three months, your defibrillator will be fully serviced, including:
Battery checks
Electrode pad replacement
Software updates
Complete device functionality tests
First Aid Kit Servicing: Every three months, your first aid kit will be inspected and replenished, ensuring all items are up-to-date and compliant. This includes:
Replenishing expired or damaged items
Tracking expiration dates of medical supplies
Sending reminders for replacements when necessary
Expiry Date Tracking: For first aid kits, we will track the expiration dates of all items and notify you when supplies need replacement, ensuring your kit is always ready in case of an emergency.
Discounted Service Pricing: Subscribers enjoy discounted rates for all services, making it easier and more affordable to maintain your defibrillator and first aid kit.
Priority Scheduling: MyPass Plan members are given priority scheduling, so you get faster service and quicker response times.
How the MyPass Plan Works
The MyPass Plan is a quarterly subscription service that includes one service visit every three months. You can choose to subscribe to servicing for either your defibrillator, first aid kit, or both. After each visit, you will receive an invoice for the services rendered.
Quarterly Visits: We will schedule one visit every three months for either your defibrillator, first aid kit, or both (based on your selection). Each visit includes a full service for the chosen items.
Invoicing After Visits: After each scheduled visit, we will send you an invoice for the services performed
Flexible Service Options: Choose from the following service combinations:
Option 1: Defibrillator servicing only
Option 2: First aid kit servicing only
Option 3: Both defibrillator and first aid kit servicing
Renewal: After the initial 9-month service period, we will contact you about our services and ask whether you will to continue. if your wish to proceed, We’ll continue our plan until you cancel
Pricing and Payment
The MyPass Plan is billed after each service visit, so you will pay for each service after it has been completed. Pricing is as follows:
Defibrillator Servicing: $[50] per defib (typically $[75] without the plan) +call out fee
First Aid Kit Servicing: $[75] per FAK (typically $[100] without the plan) +call out fee
How to Sign Up
Choose Your Service: Select whether you want the plan for defibrillator servicing, first aid kit servicing, or both.
Sign Up: Sign up online through our website or contact us to enroll in the MyPass Plan. We’ll schedule your first visit and set up your subscription.
Schedule Your Services: Once you're enrolled, we will coordinate with you to schedule your first service visit.
Receive Invoices: After each visit, you will receive an invoice for the services rendered. Payment is due within [X] days of receipt.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-month period. Your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will only be invoiced for services completed up until the cancellation date.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed services. If you cancel mid-term, you will still be invoiced for services already provided.
Terms and Conditions
Service Availability: The MyPass Plan is available within our service area. If we are unable to provide a service in your location, we will notify you in advance.
Service Modifications: If you wish to modify your services after enrollment (e.g., switching from defibrillator only to both defibrillator and first aid kit servicing), please contact us to adjust your plan.
Service Coverage: The MyPass Plan covers regular maintenance and servicing for your defibrillator and/or first aid kit. Major repairs or replacements, such as replacing damaged defibrillators or first aid kits, are not included in the plan and will be billed separately.
Expiry Date Tracking: Expiry tracking is available for first aid kits. We will notify you when supplies are nearing expiration, but it’s your responsibility to confirm and replace items as needed.
